We will gently collect your pet either from the vet you’re working with or directly from your home, depending on what feels right for you. Please let us know. 

The cost of this service is already included in the package you’ve chosen, with no additional fee during our regular office hours. 

This service is available only within our designated service areas. An additional charge applies for distances exceeding 30km from our office.

Please kindly inform the vet for the pick up once you have made the booking with us.

We will gently and lovingly care for your pet’s body, ensuring they are cleaned with the utmost respect. 

After a heartfelt ceremony in our thoughtfully arranged ritual space, we will give you the time and privacy you need to share these precious final moments alone with your beloved companion.

Normally, you can expect to receive your pet’s ashes and keepsakes within one week. For special items that require more time to craft, we will ensure they are delivered as soon as they are ready, with the utmost care and attention.
